Production Equipment

After years of development, Difon is now equipped with a wide range of advanced machinery, including aluminum die-casting equipment, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, hydraulic presses, and pneumatic punch presses. The facility also houses 40 CNC lathes, 20 imported four-axis machining centers, and a Mitsui 8000 horizontal machining center from Japan, Honing machine, Kent surface grinder and other production equipment. For quality inspection, Difon is equipped with a range of high-precision instruments, including Layton CMM, Keyence profile projector from Japan, OES spectrometer, Swiss TESA height gauge, Mitutoyo rockwell hardness tester, surface roughness tester, salt spray testing machine, coating thickness gauge, color difference meter and industrial endoscope. We covers a wide range of manufacturing processes, including aluminum die casting, aluminum extrusion, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and precision machining. Through our partner network, we also offer forging, aluminum casting, iron casting, precision casting, cold heading, powder metallurgy, and injection molding. This enables us to provide customers with one-stop production solutions.
