A hydraulic manifold is the heart of any fluid power system. At Difon Machining, we deliver complete, ready-to-install valve blocks by combining in-house casting, precision CNC machining and surface treatment under one roof. Since 2014, our integrated approach has helped OEMs around the world shorten supply chains and ensure consistent quality from a single source.
We offer multiple foundry processes to match your design and budget: sand casting, investment casting, lost foam and gravity casting. This flexibility allows us to produce everything from small monoblock manifolds to large, complex custom housings. The table below shows our most common material and process combinations.

Our factory is equipped with fully imported multi-axis CNC machining centers, allowing us to achieve the tight tolerances hydraulic systems demand:
· Hole position accuracy up to ±0.02 mm for perfect circuit alignment.
· Internal bore surface finish as fine as Ra 0.2 µm, critical for dynamic seal life.
· General surface finish of Ra 0.8 µm, ready for coating or assembly.
We specialize in the details that separate a good manifold from a great one: deep-hole drilling with straightness control, cross-hole deburring to eliminate contamination risks, and valve cavity lapping for a perfect spool-to-bore fit. Our production is fully scalable, from single-piece prototypes to high-volume production runs, always following the same certified processes.
Quality is validated, not just claimed. We operate under an ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified system. Our inspection lab includes CMMs, contour and cylindricity testers, air gauges, pressure test benches, cleanliness analyzers, and fluorescent magnetic particle inspection. Every shipment comes with a full material certificate and dimensional inspection report so you know exactly what you are putting into your machine.
We protect your manifolds with in-house surface treatments such as zinc-nickel plating, phosphating, black oxide and anodizing. Value-added services like laser marking, plug installation and sub-assembly mean you receive a component ready to mount. All parts are preserved with VCI anti-rust protection and packed in export-grade crates. Standard lead times are competitive, and we routinely flex our capacity to handle urgent orders.
Difon manifolds operate reliably in construction machinery, agricultural equipment, mining hydraulics, injection molding machines, marine systems and wind turbine controls. Every project benefits from our decade of focused experience and fully integrated manufacturing.
