With the ever-increasing demand for increasingly high-performing Valve Bodies, we at Difon are pleased to announce that we are now running three Mitsubishi Horizontal Machining Centers.

These heavy-duty Horizontal Machining Centers enable us to run large, complex hydraulic manifolds with superior stability.

Why The M-H5B-S?

The Mitsubishi M-H5B-S is a mainstay on our Precision Machining floor. It features a heavy-duty spindle and provides thermal displacement compensation. Additionally, because the machine is horizontal, chip evacuation is optimal and indexing on 4 axes is essential to drill deep, intricate internal oil paths in Ductile Iron and Forged Steel blocks.

Quality Integration

These units have been integrated into our high precision process by IATF 16949 protocols. By running these machines, we ensure that as we run high volume batches, we remain at our high 0.002 tolerance. Whenever we run a manifold, it is 100% inspected to make sure the internals are as good as the outside finish.
