Customer Audit Success: Precision Machining of Custom Hydraulic Manifolds

In mid April 2026, a group from a leading US hydraulic systems manufacturer toured our production base in Qingdao. The two-day on-site audit was to assess our manufacturing stability, as well as the effectiveness of our IATF 16949 implementation in the Precision Machining workflows of our Custom Hydraulic Manifolds.

Advanced Manufacturing in Action

After a tour of our newly added Horizontal Machining Center lines, the audit team assessed the structural integrity of the Custom Hydraulic Manifolds machined from Ductile Iron and Forged Steel. The visitors commended our ability to stably control ±0.002mm total tolerance on complex internal bores, and the 95% efficiency achieved by the multi-axis setup.

Commitment to "Zero-Defects"

Audit was finalized in our Constant Temperature Lab, where auditors reviewed CMMs taken by our CNC CMMs, and our Constant Temperature Deburring sequence. The success of this audit was demonstrated by the philosophy of our company slogan “Success in Chamfering, Failure in Burrs”. All Valve Bodies were successfully deburred, and this audit paves the way for collaboration on high-stakes international projects.
