Difon manufactures custom, heavy-duty seabed frames designed for demanding subsea environments, including oil & gas fields, offshore wind foundations, and ocean monitoring installations. Built to your exact project specifications, these structures provide a stable, load-bearing foundation on the ocean floor where conventional anchoring isn't practical.

Design & Robust Construction 

Our seabed frames feature a welded structural carbon steel open-lattice design. Angled side skirts distribute weight across a wider footprint to reduce point loading on soft sediment, while integrated lifting lugs ensure controlled crane or ROV deployment. To withstand harsh marine environments, frames are equipped with hot-dip galvanized or epoxy/polyurethane coatings and sacrificial anode cathodic protection. All weld joints are inspected to DNV standards, and we provide full material traceability and third-party sign-offs.

Our standard fabrication lead time is 6 to 12 weeks from drawing approval, and we handle export packing and shipping to your nominated port.
